Discussion and Analysis on Integrate Plan of Engineering Cost and Construction Period

Abstract:The intension of integrate plan of engineering cost and construction period is analyzed based on earning value method. Through the studying of setting_up, optimization and implementation step of the integrate plan, a more perfect integrate management method is explored. This method can consider two goals of progress and cost of the project at the same time, and seek coordinate between them to pursue the realizing of the economic benefits finally.
